Orange County Utilities is pleased to present its Annual Drinking Water Report, designed to inform you about the quality of the water we deliver every day. We are proud to report that the drinking water we produce meets or exceeds all federal and state water quality regulations.
Residential customers may request consideration for a rate adjustment for high water usage related to a lawn replacement. Please see this form for details.
Residential customers who experience unusually high water usage with a corresponding spike in their monthly water bill may be considered for a billing adjustment. Please see this form for details.
Orange County Utilities residential water customers who own a single-family dwelling and wish to replace their existing high-flow toilets [3.5 gallons per flush (gpf) or greater] may apply for this program. Vouchers are valued up to a $100 credit for replacement with a high-efficiency toilet using 1.28 gpf or less or a dual-flush toilet. There is a limit of two vouchers per household.

Variance Application
This form can be used by Orange County Utilities water customers to request an alternative day(s) that watering can occur every week based on whether the property is a home with an address that ends with an even or odd number, or the property is nonresidential (including common areas of subdivisions). Orange County Utilities cannot grant additional days per week to irrigate.
