We Provide Quality Water
for Unincorporated Orange County

Ninety-two percent of Florida’s population depends on groundwater for drinking water.

To meet the water demands of our customers, Orange County Utilities has adopted a comprehensive water conservation program. Helping our customers reduce their water use provides real savings by lowering their energy and water bills and providing long-term environmental benefits for the community.

Mission

To provide our customers safe and reliable water service that meets or exceeds their expectations and requirements by continually improving our facilities, our work processes, and the capabilities of our employees.

Water Conservation Section

Fresh groundwater is the highest quality potable water source in Orange County.  To provide for the safe and prudent use of this limited and valuable resource, the Water Conservation Section implements programs promoting significant water reduction through education, economic incentives, and enforcement of outdoor irrigation restrictions.
